Nothing makes sense. There is no room for clarity. One feels stuck with no solutions. Everything is out of control. Protocols lose grip. Irritability peaks. Arguments are common. Bonds and relationships suffer big time. Work is affected badly. There is nothing systematic. People yell, misbehave, abuse and lose sleep. Some are unable to eat and health declines. A lot is at stake when directions are lost. There is mayhem and headaches are a recurring phenomena.
When there is commotion the unexpected is expected. It somehow teaches us to remodel things to give it a definitive structure. It directs change. This change can be progressive as well as can question old style of thinking too. A completely new perspective may give birth and channelize frenzy. Patience is key here. Adaptability empowers organisations, equations and humans for better results and nips this chaos in the bud.
Negativity trebles during an upheaval. Faith is shaken when it happens repeatedly. Anxiety attacks skyrocket. One feels suffocated and looks for an outlet through drugs, alcohol and illegal activities. It is paramount to maintain order for things and people to function properly. False promises unearth doubts. Credibility is shaken when not delivered as promised. Children are worst hit as there is negligence in their upbringing. One just cannot afford this unwanted disturbance.
It also brings to light the hidden twists and turns. Complications jumble situations. Trial and error method may or may not work. Our cognitive skills need brushing to bring about breakthroughs. Out of the box ideas and strategies become the need of the hour. Stress nudges indeed but it pushes one towards flexibility and quick outcomes. Nobody likes to get stuck in the rut of a pandemonium. There is anger and hatred because of it.
Love does not always soothe but consistency plays a vital role. A high tolerance level can move mountains and may aid in eradicating the problems stemming from havoc. It exposes weaknesses, instability and helplessness. A strong mindset and coping mechanisms may stall and clear bedlam all together. Talking helps here. Communicating one’s point of view widens the horizons and a common ground makes people agree to guidelines for a better tomorrow. It helps to create a culture of continuous learning and implementations.
Priorities are highlighted. One becomes agile. Team benefits if all contribute to usher a stylish, innovative and hassle free milieu. It assists us to see the bigger picture. It is transformative. Gratitude automatically slips in when disorder clears. Resilience goes a long distance. We become sharper and better learners. Our inner strength multiplies and panic is at bay. Accepting this chaotic phase is better than fighting it. Imperfection should be welcomed. Changing our thoughts and actions can improve lives and thus chaos does not bite that much then.
