Blog: Living in Luxury

A luxurious lifestyle is the envy of many. Surplus money brings an exuberant amount of goodies. Life is easy and hardships go out of the window. Some earn it and some inherit it. Humans crave to have the best of everything in their lives. The rich and elite class enjoy better medical care and facilities because of it as most of the time they get the VIP treatment. Lavish weddings happen and extensive travelling is never a problem. The world is at the feet of people who have it all.

Massive houses, grand parties, a life of glamor and high end items are simply normal in such a scenario. Abundance of money attracts brands that speak for themselves. Ordinary living is then out of the question. Numerous servants are hired to cater to the needs of grand living. Costly cars add to the lifestyle. Chauffeur driven phases are common. Living in excess all the time becomes a habit and this may hinder growth. Arrogance can creep in unannounced and ego may touch dizzy heights.

Lack of exercise may come into play as for everything they have somebody to take care of it. People tend to become lethargic and less active. When everything is being fed in a silver spoon then the value of things, people and ethics may lose sheen and importance. One has no clue about struggles of life. People can be taken for granted. Respect goes for a toss. Money speaks most of the time. Situations are such that excessive spending becomes the norm. There is no goal.

Being rich demands security and safety. Constant worrying for their safe environs may generate a lot of stress. One is always in the limelight as the riches may attract unwanted attention. They can become the talk of the town if they indulge in lavish investments and shopping sprees. Grandeur takes precedence. Uncontrollable spending becomes the buzzword. Public transport is looked down upon and is never an option. Air travel and cruises are first choices. Train travel is considered low.

Precious and priceless paintings, artifacts and decor are styles of living in luxury. Exquisite jewellery teamed with high cost apparels is the aim. There are no real friends as people connect to just have fun. The popularity pulls all kinds of people who are there in rich people’s lives for self-gain. Attempts of robbery and kidnapping may take place. It is not wrong to be rich but when one is grounded, cares for the well being of others, has no attitude and helps humanity then living in luxury can be a boon.
