English Poetry: Panic Attacks

The worst comes to mind
no peace one can find.

Anxiety overpowers
then life is no flowers.

Restlessness peaks
one goes weak.

Nothing makes sense
atmosphere is tense.

One loses control
then high goes the cholesterol.

There is no respite
ill thoughts take flight.

Thirst doubles
one simply trembles.

Racy heartbeat generates fear
chills and sweats throw life out of gear.

Dizzy spells can kill
it’s a scary drill.

They suffocate
push humans to defecate.

Everything is a question
here out of hand goes situations.

Chest pains
there are no gains.
