Promotes weight loss if done on a regular basis. Reduces stress. A person feels good and relaxed. Negativity is at bay as it induces a feel good factor. A routine takes shape on its own. Self-esteem grows and things seem possible. 

Dancing helps to maintain a healthy social life. New friendships are forged when people go for dance classes. Interactions while at it turn into deeper ties. One does not feel alone or left out. There is a rhythm to life. Even when dancing at home one feels carefree. Looking at oneself in the mirror while at it finds a release. In a group dance inhibitions shed on their own. Hours of practice bring good results. Confidence tweaks and doubts die naturally. 

Depression is at bay. Anxiety lessens. Cardiovascular health is on a better tangent. Endurance doubles. The strength to cope with things has a better grip. A hobby like dancing aids in self-growth and overall awareness of one’s capacities and capabilities. Training for better prospects can turn out to be expensive and time consuming. Making ends meet can lead to exhaustion. It can add to pressure whenever performance anxiety sets in. Joint pain may worsen if new styles are introduced that do not adhere to personal health requirements. Injury dampens soaring spirits. When done right, motor skills brush up. It’s enjoyable and gives immense happiness whenever we put our heart and soul into it.
