English Poetry: Dilemma

The unease can kill
and push one to take pills.

Mind overworks
negativity simply uncorks.

It’s such a tight spot
anyone can just rot.

Confusion persists
far from a beautiful mist.

Heart just races
trouble is on the faces.

Sleep goes for a toss
anxiety is boss.

Indecision rules
nothing is according to schedule.

Worries kick in
people are maudlin.

Everything seems murky
oh so emotionally bulky.

Frowns then replace smiles
situations are vile.
